回复：儿子被诊断为轻度ADD,该告诉学校吗?

Dear Friend,
Take it easy! You are over reacted! My 17 years old son has been doing great at school but he keeps on asking me to take him to do the ADD test. Why? He says heis not able to focus in the class. Also, some of his classmates ( a local private school in CT) are taking advantage of having ADD and he feels unfair. I have talked to the doctor and he told me the facts of over diagnosed ADD in our county. Many gifted people are ADD patients based on the doctors. Treat your son as a normal kid and everything will be fine.
