How old is your daughter? If in daycare/pre-school,

the teacher has more responsibilities. If in K-12 and the boy was not doing anything improper (i.e., it is purely an accident), I do not think the teacher is responsible. The teacher might forget to give you an accident report. Ask for it and they should give you one.
