您可以挑戰這個遺囑，但是注意一點，你唯一可以 claim 的是 from Hu*****and's induvidual eastate， if when he die, he does not have any induvidual eastate, you can claim nothing. 所以如果他個人沒有任何單獨的財產，您可能會遇到問題。
