Do not buy software to do by yourself

You can buy a software to make your own will or trust.  However, you made that protect your family member.

Your will should filled in your local court and sealed until you dead then court can open it read what you wrote.  The trust is very complecated because you need power attorney.  

If you have have more than 2M, you should have detail estate plan.   Most estate lawyers make at least 5~6 documents for a couple.  Most people have revorcable trust.
