有一朋友曾在美国毕业，签证过期后仍滞留不归，最后不得已才回了中国

按说这情况十年内是不能进入美国的。可这次他国内的单位让他来美处理他们公司在美股票上市的事，且他也居然签出了来美的签证。可他毕竟心还是有点虚的，让我打听会不会在入境时被扣或怎么的？请大师指点。在此谢了。
