Help:H4签证尚未入美,H1正在transferring

I have got my H4 visa, but still in China. Now my wife is on the process of H1 transfer. As there are sponsor/company names on my H4 visa, could anyone tell me what I should do if the following cases happen:

Case 1. When I enter the U.S., H1 transfer petition has not been approved

Case 2. When I enter the U.S., H1 transfer has been approved. But my wife has not went to work for new company.

Case 3. When I enter the U.S., H1 transfer has been approved, and my wife has started to work for new company.
