关于去德国的签证

暑假要去德国参加培训，一周时间，然后我会停留3天在附近游玩。请教大家是该申请business or tourist Visa?可以申请multiple entry Visa吗? 在哪里买medical travel insurance required by Schengen Visa? 另外，对方说我签证批准后才给我定机票和旅馆。德国使馆网页说要有confirmed flight and full itinerary. 没有这两个文件可以吗？谢谢大家。
