急！！
给我姐递交移民申请已快4年了，130让补的材料也送上去了，但现在中美开放10年有效的旅游签证，能申请吗？

申请时要说明移民申请仍在等待吗？
-Yes. Need to tell the truth.

如说明了，是否就会拒签旅游签证呢？
-Normally no because your sister needs to wait for a long time to get the immigration visa. The VO should understand this issue.
