I wonder what rules actually are for this route.
1, is it considered as double entry for British like ur daughters landing in Beijing, then hk?
2, does a chinese with pr like yourself needed a permission to fly from beijing to hk? As we all know that Chinese who live in Beijing won't be allowed to fly to hk without permission.

Air china deserves to get punished for offering such a complicated route.
