1/it seems to me that you were exploring possibility of injury to feelings compensation. This will be only applicable to discrimination cases. Without further info I can hardly say anything. They have granted auth paid leave which could possibly satisfy the tribunal under the said circumstances.
2/ If you have evidence showing the company is in fundamental breach of the contract, you could resign and claim constructive dismissal. Outcome is likely to be you getting yr notice pay without having to work yr notice.
3/ if you drag your company they would possibly look at a compromise agreement with you to ease the tension, avoid the risks and save mgt time. In this instance likely you get extra money.
4/whether or not you get redundancy pay and how much, depends on several factors, yr negotiation skills and how the company examine and see their own risks.
It is never black and white, I need to see the details of the grievance and all related documents I.e. outcome of grievance hearing, investigation notes, statements etc. Sorry Not big help, my son is sleepy have to go
