其实3党的政策都没有细节，所以无法根据已经给出的无关痛痒的细枝末节下结论，下了也很可能发现结果与期待的有很大不同。只能根据两党一贯的政策决定谁更有可能如何表现。

low spending指low public spending。当然，这在工党也无法避免。然而工党造成的问题仍然让工党来解决，和让作战不利的将军继续指挥，或者让经营不善的CEO继续经营一样不合乎逻辑。

凯恩斯主义是否能挽救英国的经济尚无定论，成功的有瑞典，不成功的有日本。瑞典当时的财政状况良好，有本钱搞凯恩斯主义。而对于public+private总负债高居G7榜首的英国来说，大搞凯恩斯主义不过是加速破产而已。英国的命运很大程度上由市场信心决定，凯恩斯主义只会让市场失去信心。
