……英国英语和美国英语差别很大吗？

我怎么觉得很多人都可以自由地在两者之间切换啊？比如现在我们那些澳洲出生的名角儿：Nicole Kidman, Russel等等，都能流利地在美式英语、澳洲英语甚至英式英语之间转换……
