I am paying $230 a month for an HMO individual insurance, with $5000 deductible, $250 deductible for drugs, $30/$50 copayment for my primary care physician/specialist. I just paid $50 yesterday for a 5 min consultation of a Gastrolonogist.
Dental only covers cleaning twice a year, nothing else.
Hospital copayment $150 a day.

Note: Copayment - out of my own pocket.

I need to find out how much it will be my copay for the Endoscopy late November. At least it will be performed in an Outpatient Surgical Center, so should be cheaper than in Hospital.
