高强度训练才叫“坑人”啊,7-8miles, 3000 ft elevation change,没有backpack的话是2.5个小时。20miles,4000ft elevation change, 有10lbs daypack,加午餐休息等时间是8小时了。走完第二天就只想在床上躺整天。:) 那都是为了爬乞力马扎罗呀。。。。 现在俺都是跳舞为主啦。:)
