ATM, if you have Bank of America account.

Withdraw your money from Scotia Bank - they are everywhere in Canada - you dont incur additional fee and get very competitive xchange rate.

Otherwise, virtually any bank and xchange places in Canada can give you a more competitive rate than you do it in U.S.

If you are going to Vancouver, those xchange shops run by Chinese offer the most competitive rates.

Check the ongoing xchange rate on these sites first, so you get an idea what it should be (they dont fluctuate too much).
