还有个关于 ATM 的问题。我用的美国银行说如果我用他们的ATM卡在加拿大ATM上取加拿大现金，他们会收3刀。另外ATM 机器还可能收一两个加拿大刀。这都不是问题。问题是在加拿大ATM 上取钱的时候，他们会用什么转换 rate。是用当时的市场 rate，还是再加上几个%？如果是后者，那和使用信用卡一样了。

哪位知道，给说说啊。
