打字难请进，几个北美到欧洲旅游问题，谢谢！

1)电源，有CANON ZR300 DIGI CAMCORDER， 和一个DIGITAL CAMERA。 俩个的AC CHARGER 都写着120V-240V。我可不可以直接插， 还是需要一个电压转换器？ 另外插头怎么办？
2)钱， 是不是CASH 好？ CREDIT CARD， TRAVELER’S CHECKS，都有服务费？另外我的LOCAL BANK ATM CARD， 可以在欧洲用吗？ 有服务费吗？ 四人20天，带钱是个头痛的事情，请指教！
