2012年盛夏回国之重庆篇（续）

列位， 重庆的热着实难以言表。2005年的那个夏天山城热过了梭，见当时有一日的《重庆晚报》报道，太阳直射下，沥青路上的地表温度60度都打不住。这个温度路面都软化了，一走路，鞋底吧嗒叭嗒的。城里的写字楼窗户玻璃竟然也被晒得变了形，有人在江边的石头上打了个鸡蛋，那蛋液竟然吐吐地冒着泡，不消3分钟，蛋就熟了。过去有民谣道：一伏饺子二伏面，三伏烙饼摊鸡蛋。编顺口溜的人大概是从这儿得来的灵感。

热虽热，可您还得出门不是？亲戚同学，狐朋狗友的你不瞧他们去，他们也得打电话来叫你，不把你晒蔫了那电话铃揍是不停。这哪是友好团聚？分明是报仇嘛。不过天再热，有几个地方不热，还冷得让你起鸡皮疙瘩。您像那个什么窝儿马（Wal-Mart），那里边奏是凉快，一进去冷得您一激灵。重庆的窝儿马场内面积大，比美国原装的还大3-4倍。什么都卖，连活鸡活鸭都有，也卖熟食，烧烤，里边电影院，公园，茶室，戏园子一样不少，要不怎么当地有“窝儿马一日游”的旅游项目涅。饭馆里也是避暑的好去处。熊猫媳妇说我胃口好。那不是胃口好，那是饭馆里空调开得足，吃饭为辅，乘凉为主嘛。

重庆这次有的地方发了回大水。按说山城地势高过江面，不容易被淹。可今年邪乎，偏偏有的地方就给淹了。像那个什么磁器口老城就给淹得不善，城里满都是齐膝盖深的水。还好我是水淹前2天去的那儿，要是晚两天就赶上麻烦喽。



这不是蒸鸡蛋，虽然个大，可蒸的是鹌鹑蛋。鹌鹑蛋能蒸的跟鸡蛋这么大，还是有些技术含量滴。



剁椒焗鲜贝。用泡海椒，葱花，蒜泥把鲜贝拌匀，放在铁板上焗，那味道，鹅鸭鸭！



香芹麻辣鱼块。一口吃下去辣的这汗就下来了，可筷子奏是停不住，实在是味道太好了。



建设电影院，重庆留下来不多的老字号电影院之一。我记着60年代文革中在这儿看过《列宁在10月》，《1918》，阿尔巴尼亚电影《宁死不屈》等。现在这儿已改成多功能电影厅。电影院旁边那座砖墙是梅堡公园。重庆籍的朋友都熟悉这儿吧？



蒜苗炒腊肉。以前物资短缺时这可是好菜！



水煮牛蛙。带劲，尤其对路像我这样的吃货



再来一桌，菜还没上齐咧。



这就是上文书提到的那个南山会馆。
