好烦哪！rail europe上订火车票怎么这么不靠谱！他们有美国的客服电话吗？

在rail europe的网站上订巴黎到米兰的夜车软卧票，submit了order以后，出来一行message：

Your credit card has been pre-authorized for the amount quoted. However, it will not be charged until your entire order is confirmed. 这这这咋回事啊？我到底是订上了还是没订上？到底有没有位子给我啊？信用卡号都拿走了...要说没位子，应该连order都不能下吧？（原来我想订4人的硬卧车厢，可能没位子了，这个选项都不出来了。前天晚上还有呢。）

想给raileurope客服打电话，网站上找半天没找到，只能发text mesage/email。好容易用google搜出来他的客服电话，怎么在英国。打过去，全是空号。

急死了！我得早点确定这位子订下来没有，不然的话就赶紧订飞机。再拖下去，飞机票也没了！

这是我搜出来的raileurope在英国的电话，大家看看这号码对不对。（还有，我用电话卡打过去，先拨011（国际）+ 44（英国国家区号）+ 号码去掉第一位的0. 是这样吧？）
