so let them drive. That's just their style. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink.

The way some people travel is to drive through these places, it's a..eh..style.

I personally hate the term scenic spots (jing dian). That makes me feel like the goal of travelling is to connect some dots on map. Shouldn't be that way, mho.
