求助：申请墨西哥旅游签证被拒：（

F-1 student, has Valid I-20, Valid I-94 ，Visa expired

我已经买了去墨西哥的机票， 打算年底去cancun,Mexico 旅游 七天。在 Atlanta 的 墨西哥领事馆 被无理拒签。

原因：不久前在学校 renewed I-20 ， 新I-20 上没有入境的 stamp( stamp as on I-94，which was given when entered US), 签证官 说：I-20 is not activated without stamp. You can not reenter United States with the new I-20, so I can not give you visa to Mexico.

我请 学校 OIE officer 给签证官 写信，但是不管用。
