有人最近从Hertz 阿拉斯加租车嘛？

We rented a car from Hertz Alaska recently. The car had an accident and
I need the rental agreement (I lost my copy) to prove to my car insurance
company that I am the additional driver. But Hertz refuse to provide their
copy and said they shredded it. Anybody had experence with that? Please
