Eurgent help: How to get a Schengen visa to Italy quickly

Hello,

we are going to have a Mediterranean cruise strating from Rome, Italy on March 1. We now just realized that one people in our group, who is a Chinese citizen with green card, needs to have a Schengen visa to enter Italy.  She just have a three days left to apply for the visa since she will be back this weekend from China. The Italy consulate in Detroit says that the visa officer nromally needs 1-3 week to process it. Does anyone here know if she can get the visa in the same day?
