有点莫名其妙了。如果我是警察，听到你的这种解释，我会没收你的驾照，叫你去DMV再考一次。
在现实生活中，超速几个Miles，警察不开罚单确实是经常有的事情。但你绝对不能拿来堂而皇之的作为法律依据。楼上几位解释的非常专业，漂亮至极。甚至都暗示你确实有办法解决，看你会不会弄了。
