刚刚跟律师谈过

咨询了几个律师，好像他们的话差不多，他们建议我申请有罪，法官会给我最多一年的probation,然后一些罚款。一年之后如果一切都没事的话，case will be dismissed and as if nothing happened, all the records will be disappeared.这个叫什么“detertion"?
一个律师说如果我刚开始就申请无罪，会有trial，但如果法官最后判有罪，就不会再给我“detertion",那时候records就不能取消了。我不知道他说的对不对？
