1. 一横 (¯ )相当于”NOT”, 用中文讲就是“非”。 “+“ 号表示OR ; ““ 表示 AND ;
2. A plus sign inside a circle stands for  “Exclusive OR (XOR)”, The XOR logic operation returns true if either of its inputs differ, and false if they are all the same.

有的我只能写英文， 因为我不知道 中文怎么翻译。
