I doubt it. I tend to think history/culture, when interpreted as sequences of defining events, is largely created by the "abnormal" minority. They are not heros but rather some deviation from the norm. Yet, history is recorded by the normal majority, hence there are full of fallacies in (the interpretation of) history. Such is the dynamics of history/culture making.

It needs to be said that 帝王将相贵族骑士 are still typically part of the normal majority.
