A guess of mine is, perhaps large scale civilizations are not to be formed If women rule. The Daoist ideal of 小國寡民 might become the norm. But of course, I am aware that this could be just an automatic perspective from the spoiled males.  It is like when people justly believed women wouldn't do big math, then entered Emmy Noether.
