Even when there are no outside influences there is still a technical issue: the process (procedural justice) isn't necessarily convergent. And I don't see any well established logical arguments for the convergence (to substantive justice) of this procedure.
The same iissue should concern this procedure when it is practiced in our real world today without AI.
This simple argument demonstrates that many factors can manipulate the process of procedural justice with its final convergence.
