"发明二进制并不困难"

I agree to this. I tend to think that the binaries had been invented a number of times before and after Leibniz but got no attentions. Such inventions that are not-so-difficult but still inspiration demanding, and with no obvious significances often have this kind of history. 

The rest of the post is rubbish. It is at first untruthful: 从进化的角度看...低等人类...It is offensive to hear anyone saying this. It is sad to hear a Chinese saying this. He is unenlightened.
