筆法 is very important. It is about the right way to manipulate the medium of a particular artform as if an athlete must follow the right physiology of the human body. If you defy it, you will only hurt yourself. But if you want to be an Olympic gold medal athlete, you need to go above it without defying it.
Most of those in the video are obviously just being playful and sarcastic. They are not demonstrating any 筆法 .
