This is something I long to do but have never been able to accomplish. I have a very specific and personal reason for doing that too. Hope I will be able to do that at least partly someday.

Many great authors that I admire turned out long range hikers: 李白 ,  海子, Van Gogh, Holderlin... even 吴冠中 ...

You saw ghost as a child? For sure?
