壇主一灯，忠懇勤勉，賞金二錠。

未完的歌，滑稽荒謬，亦可娱人，城主不怪，賞金一錠。

立僭越多言，罰金三錠，以作灯、歌之賞資。

本城主意已决，無復多議。
