其实不難，譬如盯着一個漢字看，會發現越來越陌生。。正是由于参照系的脱落。

Karma with that 字 temporarily subsides, but only spontaneously for a short moment. It will flood back in soon as you need it for survival. Therefore karma isn't necessarily bad. It can be an instrument for survival.

Harder to do that with a face, I suppose, since its references are more intricate and subtler.

Even harder for one's whole life story...and so on.
