However, when you hosted the forum, you did seem a bit obsessive (執着) , such as the way you pushed and handled  several 論壇活動 as I noticed.

See if this video by Eckhart helps. I found its insights true in many situations, not just in handling fear. The key is to "shine your consciousness upon it", and "you may need to do it a lot".

Eckhart's instruction is also consistent with the comment above by 为人父 : "complete acceptance".
