Left all the mountains behind empty all birds flew away,

万径人踪灭。
And no soul and nobody could be sighted on any pathway. 

孤舟蓑笠翁，
A whitebeard in a straw raincoat sits on a lone boat,

独钓寒江雪。
Fishing alone amid the river on this chilly and snowy day.
