天灾过去一年，人祸开始一年，我能做什么？

2020年天灾

2021年天灾继续，再加上人祸

我能做的只能从默观，祈祷开始

"May I be able to see the source of anger, craving, and delusion in my self"

“May I be free from attachment and aversion, but not to be indifferent ”。

"May I be able to live fresh, solid and free"
