Yet, his dirty-mindedness and cruelty are personal qualities, which affect his decision making in a subtle way. Hence these qualities are more dangerous, more harmful and more consequential. He is rightly called "a dangerous man". However, I think he is probably more dirty minded than he is cruel. As it is harder to see through muddy water, a dirty mind clouds the person's perception in such a way that he cannot perceive the consequences of his cruelty clearly and thus hesitates little when practicing it. This is how a dirty mind and cruel acts often go hand in hand. Think through his behaviors in the past few years, you see that dirtiness mixed with cruelty. "Chinese virus""Kung flu" are just dirty words from a dirty mouth commanded by a dirty mind. In a nation packed with arms and vulnerable to racism, these words can cost the lives of some people anytime. Yet that doesn't bother him! Your lives don't matter! (Now, some of you may see why BLM is necessary).
