Sexual Offences Act 1967

1.- (1), Notwithstanding any statutory or common law provision, but subject to the provisions of the next following section, a homosexual act in private shall not be an offence provided that the parties consent thereto and have attained the age of twenty-one years. (Amendment to law relating to homosexual acts in private)
