This is one major difference between Chinese culture and Western culture. Chinese in general don't have the drive to charge of their own life, and turn to blame others for their own failure. The unfortunate truth blame game is: you can blame others all you want, YOU still have to pay the price yourself.

Americans have long realized that entitlement has been a major social problem for the society, now Chinese are catching up fast in developing the same problem. Again, it has the same side effect as the blame game.
