That's not exactly true.

The people in WXC have less experience with western culture in general. The Chinese with more experience and better understanding don't come here. I think I am in that group and I don't really feel comfortable here. 
The atmosphere  is very hostile here for no good reason. People came here just to vent out their frustration, so in most of the cases any discussion is pointless.
