the most important for us in the US is we need a very good medical insurance when we retired.
the only person still have insurance is the goverment agency, other people will have to use the Cobra
which is very expensive.

under Obama's care it will become worse, because we are not rich and not that poor.

in one word, the medical system here is horrible.
