7-21-2020 Cytology: (pap smear) High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) ,biopsy recommanded.
7-23-2020 viginal smear (reported on 7-29-2020): Leucocyte esterase (+), H2O2 Catalase (+)
Clinical Dx: 1, Cervical intraepithelial tumor, 2, Vaginatis
Cervical scraping: HPV66 DNA (+)
7-30-2020 colposcopy : Pramitive Squamous epeithelial transformation in Type 3 zone.
8-4-2020 Cervical Biopsy: at 3, 6, 9, 12 o'clock posts, shown: mucus inflamation. a few broken cervical duct gland epithelial cells.
Histo-pathologic findings: moderate nuclear heterogeneous cells, high-grade squamous epethelial lesion.
9-15-2020 Ultra Sound: Uterus astrophy, and Uterus polypus (possible)
9-15-2020 Clinical DX: HPV (+), Intrachorionic polypus.
Treatment: endoscopic removal of intrauterus polypus, cervical cone resection.
