Besides if she's only working 4 hours a day, 3 days a week, that's not exactly "working hard" either, unlike the author of this book claim.

If she can't find any more work because she's un-educated and unskilled, that does not seem to be social devide problem. After all, according to the current unemployment rate, 10% people are unemployed and the other 90% can find jobs.
