"Was it rained?" in TOEFL? When?

Can you let us know what TOEFL test had a question like that? I have never heard of a native English speaker saying "was it rained?". They would say "did it rain?" or "was it raining?" but never "was it rained?". If the sentence was right grammatically in English, then it would be something new I learned today.

No offense but just curious.
