【故国神游】农家菜，最好吃！

广州附近的增城区，高滩村，有温泉美景，和大又甜的荔枝外，当然，农家菜的蔬菜都是从菜园里，刚摘的。走地鸡也是刚杀的。鲜！鲜！鲜！炒！炒！炒！是农家菜的清香特色！

朋友发来农村菜的满桌照片，我们吃不到，看看也好啊！与你共享！

 

大城市附近多有乡村围绕，既不离家或工作地遥远，又可远离都市的叫嚣。得个半日清闲游，可四处踏青，嚐美食，不花太多时间归家。所以，这类半乡游，周末都是擁挤的狠！

 

看朋友们都等不及地回乡探亲旅游了，不免有点手痒，翻翻地图，我们也该去哪里玩呢？

云吞汤

 

清蒸瘦身鱼（何为“瘦身鱼”，大家可能有所耳闻，但未曾品尝。. 简单来说，“瘦身鱼”就是减肥过后的鱼。. 这种对鱼养殖方式的源自于一时的疏忽，忘了对池塘的鱼进行喂食，饿了肚子的鱼儿反而成长为“肉质结实、味道爽滑、清香无腥味”的“瘦身鱼”）

清蒸肉丸

 

丝瓜炒缸豆

 

肉炒笋椒

 

白斩走地鸡
