像高烧一样
我身体里的一切都在燃烧
大脑
眼睛
脸庞
嘴唇
喉咙
胃
心
肺
手
腿

甚至我的头发

后记：近日，和一位朋友聊天，获悉朋友得了重感冒，发高烧，烧了整整一夜，朋友感觉身体内的五脏六腑都在燃烧，感觉自己的生命在燃烧，这让我脑海里立刻闪现了“burning love”这个概念（我以前从来没有听说过 burning love 这个说法），我即兴发挥，一气呵成地写就了上面的英文小诗，然后译成了中文。随后，我联想到，以前会不会有人用“burning love”作为歌名？我就到网上去查了一下，结果还真有，是猫王1972年发行的摇滚歌曲！他的这首“burning love”成为他自1969年“Suspicious Minds”以来在美国最热门的单曲，也是他在美国百强单曲榜或流行榜上的最后一首热门单曲。我听了这首歌之后，觉得和我的同名诗歌很匹配，就把它放在下面作为BGM（背景音乐）。
真是无巧不成书，朋友的一次感冒发高烧，触发了我的这首情诗，竟然和50年前猫王的经典情歌同名，看来，我和猫王很有缘啊。
在感恩节到来之际，借这首诗《Burning Love》《燃烧的爱》，感恩那位感冒发高烧的朋友，感恩猫王，感恩网友们的厚爱，感恩过去、现在和未来。
