我百度了一下，“浪”这个词是东北方言，用于形容女人漂亮会打扮的意思。

原文“女人30不浪，40浪，50正在浪头上，60后浪推前浪，70还要浪打浪”出自喜剧《东北一家人》里的一句台词，意思是说，女人一生都要爱打扮。所以”浪“这个词在东北地区是褒义的意思。V姐这么说一点儿都没错。支持V姐的好心态！
