You need to drink plenty of water when you do Bikram yoga otherwise skin is going to 下垂. I think regular yoga is better for you if your goal is not for losing weight quickly. I choose running after my second baby since I can push his stroller so he gets to run with me. I can't afford the time to do yoga any more but miss it a lot. If you have other exercise routine then don't need to do hot yoga since regular yoga is very good already. The goal is to balance your body and soul. If you practice taichi, you can attain the same goal. Exercising is more or less similar. We are happy because our energy is flowing, not stuck. You will also have a stronger mind and body.
