I just recently learn that when taking pictures of amateur dancers, on the contrary, the photographers tends to shoot from the lower level. That eliminates the chance of showing people looking down during dance. And for dancers, they will always have their chin up, so we do not worry about double-chin at all. I guess when working with people, if one can work with the human nature, it will making things much easier.

But it helps me to take pictures of others. People with nice, elegant poses, elongated postures always attract me more. They make the photo taking experience very enjoyable.
